The Sondon Organization has completed development of eight apartments above its current tenant, Raly Plumbing Supply. These apartments will serve as high-class residencies for the local community with new construction, a modern style, and high-end appliances and fixtures. As more investment is poured into the neighborhood, these apartments will be part of the highest building in the vicinity to overlook Liberty Avenue in Richmond Hill, NY. This two-year journey has been incredible.
